Automotive Industry CNC Parts Machining
Automotive industry CNC parts machining is a component or assembly that has been manufactured by machining, a process that removes material from the workpiece using cutting tools. Machined parts are used in a variety of industries, including the automotive, aerospace, and construction industries.

Frima automotive industry CNC parts machining from a variety of materials, including metals, plastics, and even wood. Different materials require different equipment for turning. For example, the machine tool configurations needed for machining metals and wood differ. Furthermore, we must adhere to corresponding equipment maintenance and safe operating procedures based on the characteristics of different materials. Below are some of our commonly used materials. If the material you need is not listed below, please feel free to contact us for professional support.

Q&A
1. Q: If i need a CNC Machining quote, what kind of machining services do you offer?
A: In order to give you the most favorable prices, we will check how to make the parts by our cnc lathe machines, cnc 3 axis, 4 axis and 5 axis machines, and then chooes which one is the best.
2. Q: Which industries use your cnc machine shop services?
A: We provide manufacturing for all industries that require metal and polymer parts. These sectors include automotive, machine building, railway, aerospace, electronics, energy and many more. Contact us if you have any questions about how we can help you with your application.
3. Q: What modeling software do you prefere to use?
A: Pro/E & Solidworks.
4. Q: What type of files do you accept?
A: We can accept native SolidWorks (.sldprt) or ProE (.prt) files as well as solid 3D CAD models from other CAD systems output in IGES (.igs), STEP (.stp), ACIS (.sat) or Parasolid (.x_t or .x_b) format. We can also accept .stl files and .pdf (2D).
5. Q: Can you make a replica of a part i have?
A: We are happy to do this, just send us the parts.
