Brass is not a single material, but a family of alloys with adjustable properties. Our custom precision machined brass stamping parts are available in different grades of brass to meet your specific needs:
C26000 (cassette brass) has a conductivity of approximately 28% IACS, suitable for electronic connectors and terminals. For higher conductivity, C26800 or custom alloys with a copper content >70% are available.
For valves, fittings, and other applications in humid or ammonia-containing environments, we recommend C37700 (free-machining brass) with stress-relief annealing, ensuring excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking even after cold deformation.
For drinking water contact or RoHS-sensitive applications, we offer C46500 (bismuth-containing brass) or C69300, with a lead content <0.25%, while maintaining good cold heading performance.

🏭 FRIMA Manufacturing Process
Before die opening, we use AutoForm or Dynaform to perform finite element analysis on material flow and stress distribution during the stamping process, predicting springback and compensating for die compensation. This allows us to control springback within ±0.01mm before trial molding.
Each press is equipped with a high-precision displacement sensor and a piezoelectric load monitor. When dimensional drift is detected, the system automatically adjusts the slide stroke or feed pitch, eliminating the need for manual inspection during downtime.
For parts with zero tolerance for burrs, such as electronic connectors, we use centrifugal grinding or electrolytic deburring processes to ensure smooth contact edges with a radius <0.02mm, avoiding arcing or assembly interference.
