FRIMA Equipment Capabilities
Our CNC turning department is equipped with both single-axis and multi-axis lathes. We are capable of producing quantities ranging from single parts to thousands of units per week. Our lathes can process large turned parts featuring threads, through-holes, and even cross-holes and side-milled features.
Our dual-spindle machines allow for simultaneous front and back-side machining, which in many cases eliminates the need for multiple separate operations.

For standard materials and common dimensions, the MOQ is very flexible. During the sampling stage, there is typically no minimum quantity requirement; for mass production, we recommend an order of 500 pieces or more to optimize costs, depending on material specifications and equipment efficiency.

Our Swiss-type automatic lathes can reliably machine precision shafts with diameters of φ0.5mm and above, up to a length of 150mm. Even finer shaft diameters can be achieved through specialized processes; please feel free to contact us for specific inquiries.

A
Standard turning processes can achieve a surface roughness of Ra 1.6–3.2μm. If higher requirements are needed, we can incorporate a grinding process to achieve a finish of Ra 0.4–0.8μm.
