Precision CNC Machining Milling Parts
In our production workshop, every milling process is rigorously programmed. CNC milling machines faithfully execute the instructions in the program, without manual intervention from operators, thus ensuring that every part leaving FRIMA possesses a highly consistent level of superior quality.
FRIMA explains: What is CNC Milling?
CNC milling is a manufacturing process that precisely removes material from raw material blanks by using a cutting tool on a rotating spindle. At FRIMA, we firmly fix the workpiece on a high-precision worktable that can move or rotate on different planes, allowing the cutting tool to machine from multiple angles. We have introduced advanced 5-axis machining centers, enabling the one-time forming of extremely complex geometries, significantly reducing the time workpieces spend transferring to other equipment and improving overall production efficiency.

How are machining accuracy defined for the motion axes of a CNC milling machine?
At FRIMA, our technicians strictly adhere to the X-Y-Z coordinate measurement system to define the motion trajectory of the milling machine. Standing in front of the machine, you will see:
Z-axis: Represents the spindle, enabling vertical feed motion.
X-axis: Controls the left and right movement of the worktable.
Y-axis: Controls the forward and backward movement of the worktable.
For more advanced applications, we have multi-axis machining centers that can easily handle the machining needs of complex parts from aerospace, medical device, and other fields, ensuring that every CNC milled part meets the precision tolerances required by the design.
